We're partnering with an established global recruitment firm that specialises in go-to-market hiring (GTM) for technology companies. They're opening up Asia-Pacific for the first time, and they want a genuine GTM or Tech Sales Recruiter to be their first person on the ground.

The role
You'll own the APAC GTM desk, working with technology clients at every stage from early-stage scale-ups through to established vendors.
You'll be responsible for:
- Running full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across the region
- Building and managing client relationships
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Developing new business
- Helping shape the processes for the new APAC desk
About you
- Agency recruitment experience in genuine GTM and tech sales hiring
- At least 2 years recruiting in the Australian market
- A strong track record of billing, with 2-4 years in GTM recruitment being ideal
- Ambitious, commercial and comfortable working independently
- Based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne preferred)
